We want you to love your piece from Of Opaline. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging is included
  • The piece shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items

  • Personalized or custom pieces
  • Earrings

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@ofopaline.com with:

Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return


Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Of Opaline is not responsible for lost return packages
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
